Recipe: Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken

Today I wanted to share a super easy recipe for cream cheese chicken using your crock pot.

All you need to do is dump chicken breasts (I used five), a block of cream cheese, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, and a packet of zesty Italian seasoning in your crock pot and cook it on high for 4 hours.

Once it's done you can serve it alone or put it over pasta like I did.

I sprinkled fresh Parmesan cheese on top.

Super easy, and my family loved it! Even James- the pickiest eater ever.

How is everyone's weekend going? We have been down at my parents house for almost A MONTH and today we are driving back home to Bakersfield. I'm feeling really sad about leaving and really overwhelmed with all I need to get done once I'm home but I have lots of lists made and I am going to try to think of tons of fun things for James and I to do these next few weeks before we see my family again.

Enjoy your Sunday!

  1. LOVE this one! Crock pot recipes are my favorite anyway because they're so easy and I never have much time for cooking, and this one looks especially delicious. I would put it over pasta, too.

My weekend was busy but good... can't believe it's already Monday!
